SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery within Canada is 2–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $150 CAD.

We work closely with our carriers (e.g., Canada Post) to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Any purchases you make are made directly with Boudane Watches. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.
